A few questions and actions for you to reflect upon:

  1. How do you currently view the flow of your life?
  2. What is your relationship to your past?
  3. What is your relationship to your future?
  4. Look at your personal timeline and make a list of what pops up as significant moments (they will reveal themselves…take the first thoughts and write them down)
  5. Reflect on the idea of unfinished business and regrets.
  6. How do you paint your future? What are the limitations or structure or beliefs that fence your vision in? If any…
  7. Which of your typical five senses do you prefer? Are any of them currently compromised?
  8. How are you with being spontaneous and taking what appear to be risks?
  9. Do you ever experience moments where you feel that you are in a timeless state?
  10. Have you ever been so focused that you “lost track of time”?
  11. Make a list of the primary learnings of your personal past that come to mind.
  12. Think of times when you reacted and times when you responded to a stimulus. Compare the two.
  13. Play with the idea that there is no time, that it all exists in the eternal now. See what comes up.
  14. Take a moment and simply be here now…what do you notice? How does it feel to simply be right here?
  15. Become aware of your inner being, your physical body, your emotions, your thoughts? How often do you really pay attention?
  16. How are you with expectations? How much of a role do they play in your life?
  17. Think of what you might call your flaws. List them. For each see if you can trace back to a point, an event, an experience where it was put into action to become a “flaw”.
  18. Look around the room you are currently in. Identify and evidence of your personal past. Reflect on that for a moment. When was the last time you thought like this about your stuff? Does your stuff carry any baggage?
  19. Who are you tethered to from the past? What is that like? Do you want to keep doing it? Do you think you can change it?
  20. How are you with the act of letting go? How strong are your attachments? Make a list if you choose to…reflect and see what is revealed.


That’s enough for now. Everyone of these reflections has deposited you in the holy moment where life lives itself…where you live yourself. Interesting, huh? A good portion of our days is going through the routines we have established to make easier our day to day. What is missed in blindly doing this routine? We have talked about the comfort zone along the way and have found that it keeps us in place, with the illusion of safety, with the idea that the familiar is more desirable…actually underscoring an undercurrent of perpetual fear that is present in most of humanity. What a distractor that keeps us pushed and pulled at the same time. Is that really any way to live? Well, it’s familiar…it’s what I have always known…can there really be another way to do this?


Well, yes, Grasshopper… and that is the business we are about in this session. To bridge the way it has been to dance incessantly in the Now Moment takes a bit of rethinking, some focused energy, new choices, and a willingness to play in what may temporarily be termed, the ethers. That is where you are designed to dwell, along with your feet on the Earth in the luxurious habitat of the perfectly designed human body. Imagine that…yes, imagine that. For that is what is needed in the beginning stages of each reawakening. Much has happened thus far. Likely some has stuck and you are using it and likely, some has fallen on the wayside…but the seeds have already been planted. And I reiterate, each step in new frequency activates the oh, so much more. Be faith full and consistent and committed and the glorious land of This Is Me will reveal itself once again.

Life in the Light Lane

We have been taught to live in a linear fashion. Life happens as a series of events, one after the other, to provide a timeline of experience. Then we live somewhere on the time trio of past, present, and future, oscillating around depending on our current mental focus. Many spend their days remembering and typically fretting about the past, or even running from it. Others look to the future, too often in a fearful way. Others dance around this now moment.

You and I are indeed an assemblage of moments lived and thoughts and beliefs held. It is easy to get caught up in the distraction of the supposed continuum and fail to see/experience that which at the altar of awareness right before our eyes. That is a sure fire way to miss the full experience of living in this Earthly dimension. So, let’s remedy that, shall we?

In this session we shall explore how to live in the Now moment. In doing so we shall look at time one more time; we shall look into making choices and what that really entails energetically; we shall examine the point of choice that turns into action initiated by our responding or reacting to the current stimulus; we shall see how trust and faith fit into in the now living; we shall dance with the power of spontaneity; we shall explore the senses, establish new ones, and learn to expand them to impact the now moment; and then we shall put it all together to paint a picture of a life lived fully in the Now. Sounds fun…
