You can  (a) left double click it. In Windows it will download to the download section of your computer appearing at the bottom left of the Internet Explorer window. It will have a caret to the right of the name. Left click the caret and a drop down menu will appear. Click “show in folder” and you will locate the file. Copy it and save it where you desire. Or double left click and it will play in iTunes or Windows media player or whichever your default audio player is.

(b) right click the link on the site page. Choose “Save link as” and choose where to download it. Perhaps a folder on the desktop named “Tools for the Times”. Once it loads there you can rename it if desired. Left double click it to play it on your default audio player.
