Historically, the mind has been the supreme element of worship for humanity. Intellect and smarts and mental achievement have been held high as a standard for achievement and elevation. The hallowed halls of long standing institutions have kept blind devotion to teaching information that often does not evolve with the times, choosing rather, to follow a collective company line that gets everyone on the right page. By now we all know what that is about…so tiresome…and so changing.

The real smart ones are opening to a new paradigm of re-education and reawakening to the true information contained within the cells and energy bodies of you and me. As we have seen in previous explorations on the mind, we tend to see the mind as who we are. And though most are not privy to experiencing the sensation of thought in action in the brain, we still hold that that is where we live, so to speak. Not so, my friend. These expanding  times and the growing realization of our unification with and expression of Source, of Universal Mind, is changing everything and showing us that we are so much more, capable of the Human Experience and the Divine Connection at the same time.

Too often the attachment to the mind and the mental is at the expense of the physical awareness, the flow of emotions, and the connection with the expanded spirit. We are a Whole Being by design, experiencing this earth plane life in a seriously compromised way. That really has to end…and that is exactly what is happening. But not at the expense of the mental. It is simply that we are learning to access and experience in regular and equal amounts the complete self. Amen!

We will be exploring the mind and thought and the mechanics and power of beliefs in the ongoing Expanding New Life Skills: The Mind and Thinking section of this course. So, let’s get on with looking at and developing an expanded awareness of your own Mental Me.

  1. It might be useful to begin with the stream of consciousness exercise we did with emotions. Pick up a writing implement and start letting whatever comes flow onto the paper focusing on the topic the Mental Me. When you feel complete read it over. It may give you a sense of where you stand with your mental me relationship.

  2. How has it served you?
  3. What do you appreciate/celebrate about your own Mental Me?
  4. What do find fault with?
  5. What are some challenges you have had with your Mental Me?

         3.   The mental energy flows from the Cosmic into you through                 the backside of the Solar Plexus chakra, according to author,                 Cyndi Dale. Curious, huh? Yet, here is where personal power                 lives, where decisions/choices are made, where will is called                 forth to take action on your decisions, where the higher                 frequency capacity of discernment is honed and housed,                 energetically, of course. Thinking is a full bodied experience                 by design. Building beliefs is visceral and based on repetition                 and emotion. As you choose to engage this whole body                 design to facilitate thinking you may discover that your                 thoughts are more expansive, inspired, capable of swift                 manifestation…because you are calling upon the design to                 do its work, not adapt to your old way of thinking about the                 isolated mind.

One of the biggest challenges to move through and beyond is our devotion to our own mental me. Learning that there is so much more to our design and living fully can help the mental integrate with the physical, the emotional, and the spiritual. Then you become the empowered car, running on four cylinders, rather than just one.

So how might this occur? Well, let’s see…here are some suggestions to explore and apply, if you choose to do so.

  1. Begin to open to, call upon, and exercise/develop your intuitive self. This is not some special gift for the select few, it is an element included in your design. You were not encouraged to work with it because it would make you less controllable…there, I said it. Lots of suggestions and courses online. Invite your higher self to assist you and you will start to see immediate results. Intuition takes you out of the fact based /5 sense proven life and deposits you in the Celestial Disneyland you deserve to be living in.
  2. Opening up to, clearing, developing and maintaining both the pituitary and the pineal glands will give you back the keys to your own inner kingdom. Consciously working with these opens doors that have been waiting for you to wake up. Again, lots of online resources await, including a bunch of technique books on Amazon for your Kindle device or App.
  3. As you are beginning to grasp, real decisions, say discernment, are not simply a mental thing. The Belly Brain and the Heart Brain are key co-conspirators to a full bodied decision that makes life sing. Tuning into these areas when a decision is at hand is enough to activate the capacities. Of course, there are exercises and activities to grow your relationship with each, see Heart Math. Gut level decisions are even accepted in the mainstream. Ride that and start to include the big three and see what unfolds, oh, Wise One.
  4. Most of our Will Centers/Solar Plexus Chakra are weak, under-exercised, and underutilized. As a result we have a hard time making decisions. Even when we do then there is the matter of putting that into action. A compromised will center causes you to circle around, be wishy washy, and hesitant with your life. Start exercising your will center by making simple decisions and then immediately doing the,. I am getting up and changing my chair spoken aloud…then do it. Then appreciate your capacity to do what you say. Do these kinds of things throughout the day, insignificant, but building muscles for decisions and actions that do count.
  5. There’s no telling fully what you believe in. Often we adjust our beliefs as we age and live. What we hold dear now is a permutation of many different beliefs of yesterday’s past. It would be a good time to take stock and list the beliefs you have held and still do. So, have at it, write down those beliefs that define you and how you do life.
  6. Once you have done that then behold your life before you in these words. Now weed through them and see them for what they are. Does it serve you? If yes, move on. If no, then cross it out and intend to facilitate its jettison. It must be cast out and then replaced. Identify it and tell it that it is no longer of use to you. Now appreciate it and send it on its way with an, In the name of the Christ Essence, I release you, all your effects, and all patterns associated with you to the Cosmos now and forever on all levels, in all my energy bodies, and in all dimensions. And so it is. It is so…Proceed until you have completed the list.
  7. Now it is a matter of populating the new beliefs. As you speak all the statements provided thus far in the course you will find some that speak loudly. Speak those more. Start seeing and experiencing the world through them. See the results. Affirm the connections made in these new frequencies. Refine as necessary.

Super Duper Negative Contract and Agreement Release

Invocation from Qala Sri’ama

"By Divine Decree in the name of God Goddess I Am, under the law of grace, I now break any contracts or agreements that I or any of my soul extensions have made in any time , space or dimension, with any beings who are not of the 7th dimension or above and anchored in the Christ consciousness of the one heart. I call to all my soul extensions to break all contracts and agreements with me now I command through the full love, light and power of my God Presence, any soul extensions that refuse to break these....to be released from the realm they hold these contracts through by my God Presence and be placed in a healing cocoon in a source dimension until all contracts are freed so these do not effect me. Through the power of my God Presence I now command that all energies that I may have received or any of my soul extensions have received in their energy bodies through any negative agreements be now released from me and their bodies, creating freedom within me and for my soul.

I ask for the clearing of any thought-forms that I have received through this and the release of the negative emotions connected to this, through all my soul extensions and myself being placed in a healing chamber in relationship to this. I ask that all beings connected to this , be focused on with the love, light and grace of the Karmic board, Archangel Michael and The Legions of Light until this is fully resolved through all dimensions time and space. I call for Karmic Absolution for me and all souls connected to me with this. Through universal law and the full power of my God Presence, I now manifest and seal this decree three times, through the law of grace and manifestation.

I now break all contracts and agreements through all time and space. I now break all contracts and agreements through all dimensions. I now break all contracts and agreements that have bound me through limitation.

  1. Here are some exercises to start to break up some mental patterns/neural pathways. Learning this will allow to apply it to something more significant in the future.

Practices to support plasticity:

• Brush your teeth with your nondominant hand.

• Use your nondominant hand to stir things when you cook.

• Squeeze the shampoo bottle with the opposite hand.

• Fold your laundry in a different way.

• Rearrange your drawers.

• Choose a new route to work.

• Hold your car keys in the opposite hand.

• Turn your coffee cup so the handle is on the opposite side.

• Walk around the opposite side of the car when pumping gas.

• Brush your hair with your opposite hand.

• Remember your funniest stories at least once a day, or watch something that gives you a real belly laugh.

• Take a laughter yoga class.

• Have someone you trust walk you around by the arm while you keep your eyes closed.

• Use the nondominant leg to start your climb

• Sleep on the other side of the bed.

• When clasping your hands position your fingers in a unique way.

• Count your money with the nondominant hand.

• Water your plants with the nondominant hand.

• Reverse the order of your morning face and teeth routine.

• What physical patterns are you engaging in that potentially reinforce a negative or imbalanced perspective?

• What thoughts are you thinking that are communicating danger and disease to your own body?

• In what ways are you physically numbing to mitigate emotional pain?

• In what ways are you emotionally deadening to mitigate physical pain?

How are you choosing to hurt yourself to give moments of relief or distraction to what’s going on inside?

• What illusions are you buying?

• Are you going to see the glass half empty at that point or half full?

• How easily do you to find the silver lining?

• How well are you there for those around you in need?

• How open are you to seeing another’s perspective?

• How much do you have left to give?

• How might you look at your choices differently knowing that each decision can have a ripple effect far into the future?
