Healing Sounds

Because all is vibration, any physical form can be altered by intentional frequencies on multiple levels. With this in mind, a sound healer can use specific sounds to effect the energies held within the body, especially in alignment with the chakras. Seed sounds, or basic universal phonemes, are potent. So, too, are intentional mantras, designed for specific purpose by various cultures for thousands of years.

One remarkable element is that the sounds are fed with intentional vibration by all the times they have been repeated through history. This powerful energy accompanies their sounding. Repetition amplifies the power and effect.

Here are some established sounds that have been used for centuries:

Om: the sounding of creation itself. It activates the solar plexus energy and sweeps it to the crown where it unifies with universal consciousness

Aum: the Tibetan equivalent to Om starts at the Heart and infuses the Love frequency into the sacral chakra, like a salve on the woundings of life. This lower frequency debris is then sent up the spine to the Crown to be immersed in celestial frequency

Ah: the potent and infusive, expanding sound of the Divine frequency of Love expressed through the heart. Brings focus to the heart and washes the moment with compassion, peace, and empathy.

Ah le lu jah: starts at the heart and moves the love to the throat which then moves to the sacral to gather the woundings which are then infused with the frequency of compassionate love.

Shri Ram: Hindu phrase that calls upon the energy of the Deity, Ram, to shift one quickly into the sacred silence

Hey Ya: Native American phrase that takes the spoken word and filters it with the Universal Love frequency

I Am: the potent words of Divine identification and the key to manifestation. Invites the Christ Essence of the speaker to be present. Also, calls whatever follows it into manifestation, by decree of universal Law

I Am Word: The name of the Christ Essence that is an essential element of all living Beings. Speaking it calls it into conscious awareness to address the moment with clarity and power.

Conscious use of these words and phrases and sounds is the key. Knowing these and more are available are potent tools for the sound healer to use and pass on.
