Once a feeling is triggered by the moments of living a fairly complex process begins to put energy into motion…emotion. If understood, witnessed, and supported then this movement will have a short life as it resolves and releases to return you to the balanced state. Let me remind you that the emotional experience assists in experiencing the juicier elements of the dimension and your design. They give expansion to the simply doing and being part of life by inserting some spontaneous and unpredictable events into your moments of living.

The “randomness” of these feelings arising is an important element of the dimension and an actual key player in the development and maintenance of our own self esteem. If allowed to do what it is designed to do, the greater body would deliver us back to balance consistently. It is when the flow is interrupted that the storage of lower frequency energetic debris starts. The more that is stored the farther away from our original design and wholeness we become.

Excessive storage of emotional energy unexpressed distorts the experience of the moments. Since the body is designed for release and clarity, then any triggering of an emotion will also trigger the collective release of additional residue stored in that chakra reservoir. This can be an intense experience in proportion to the amount of old stuff held.

Excessive storage of fear will create the ongoing fearful state where one’s esteem is shaky and hesitant to take action in the moment. Doubt and self judgment/criticism will chip away at the core and leave you inert. The impact on the Sacral Chakra will lead to potential dis-eases in the lower belly and lumbar region. The frequency of the energy will attract further fear filled moments and situations as that is where the focus lies…thus precipitating the magnetic attraction of like vibrations. We can easily get caught in a self perpetuating state of anxiety

When anger is stored excessively the system becomes overly sensitive and tends to get triggered easily, send out strong bursts of protective energy that can be hurtful to self and others. The excessive criticism of self and others serves to diminish esteem to leave you finding fault with life. The adrenals become overly taxed and muscles and tissue become rigid, always prepped and ready for conflict. The solar plexus becomes taxed and one loses the capacity to make decisions and take action. Energy becomes more pent up and potentially explosive. One’s tender self is whitewashed over in the blanket of protective rage.

When excessive sadness is stored one can become lethargic and unmotivated and temporarily depressed. Tears uncried end up being the demise of many who die of pneumonia, cardio-pulmonary issues…the tears waiting to be shed and released essentially back up to the point that the person drowns. Esteem wise, the backup of sadness leaves us feeling sorry for ourselves, isolated, separate from people and life, easily moving to self protection actions like hoarding and eccentricism. Keeping the world out becomes a priority as one does not want to be “hurt” again.

Held feelings take on many guises. The nuances begin to play out, essentially providing additional outlets to hopefully assist in clearing. Unfortunately, too often we do not see this as clearing and miss over and over the opportunities to get balanced. Instead we become more and more invested in our situation, condition, and the “just who we are” , which diverts us from foundation and diminishes any esteem we had in place. The clearer one is then the stronger one’s self esteem as there are fewer distractions. Too often the esteem is compromised by beliefs and patterns that are kept in place by the energetic baggage. When the chakras are compromised it is a challenge to feel strong and capable. The vibration is pulled down and energy is expended attempting to stay in place. We end up feeling uncertain, less than focused, lacking vision and confidence…on and on. Sure, one’s esteem is put in place through the moments of living, the response to those moments, the capacity to stay energetically clear, and the thoughts and beliefs put into place. Tend the energy and you will find that you have more capacity to keep your sense of value high, as you are not distracted or diverted by the energetic sensitivity.

You will, by Universal Law, draw to you events and people in alignment with your frequency and focus. Clearing raises frequency. Thus, what is outside and what is inside are in balance…
