Tools of Diminishment and Contraction
What follows here is an interesting list of many ways we use to interrupt the flow and perpetuate personal devaluing beliefs of limitation. Using any of them at any time will throw a wrench in the works and divert your success by interfering with the higher frequency knowing within you. All of these behavioral actions have been learned and are considered as the human condition, just how we are and how things are…in other words, this is how we are wired. False…this is how we react to a fearful world, each one of these likely inserted as a strategy to make us think we are protecting, taking care of ourselves, maintaining a strong comfort zone, living to fight another day, etc. Most humans align themselves with these choices of action and end up feeling like a victim in the world.
I suggest you look carefully and thoroughly at this list. Then honestly own the ones you use. Write them down…all the ones you use. Something has to be done to release these as reasonable choices. This a part of future work in the second half of this session 5. Please keep the list available for use then.
