It starts even before you incarnate into the physical. Energies and experiences in utero create vibrations that infiltrate your cells. Much is cleared by your innate capacity and design, but enough, built by repetition, lingers on and sets a potential to follow.

A lot goes in to the making of a personal story, moments of living strung together by the combination of perceptions based on beliefs, the already stored energetic debris in the energy bodies, and decisions for survival made in an instant by a child with less than all the facts. The story grows and feed itself. The energetics grow and the next thing you know you are attracting support and pulling in players who can keep it rolling…all likely unbeknownst to you.

The story becomes your way of life if left to its own design without any influx of new information, intervention, or conscious choices to change the path. It can take hold in a fairly short time and at any early age. Pieces put into place. Perceptions invested into them. Beliefs laid over them. And repeated events/situations magnetized to them.

The story is a fabrication, though likely based on real events misinterpreted, with assumptions awash acted on as if they were true, and a personal investment in its power to help us make sense of a likely trauma or series of traumas. Because the story becomes quickly our protective mechanism, it might as well be tru. The wagons are circled, the walls are built, the security guards are hired and deployed…and there you go…a predictable ground hog day scenario set into motion.

It is powerful in that it becomes, for many, who they think they are. They define themselves by the story. The story becomes the conversation and the call for help. They repeat it because ultimately they want to secure freedom from it…but it is entrenched in sinew and cell and neural pathways and is as predictable as the tides. Telling it provides some respite, some relief, as it feels like others actually care…and maybe they do. But too often, one is so invested in the story and its subtleties and ramifications and excuses and justifications that those allies grow weary of hearing it over and over and find other things to do. And if your story includes abandonment then, there you go…badabing!

The story can be personal, likely it is. But it can also be the result of some intense indoctrination in a belief or way to live or family tragedy or cultural agreement or governmental/political pressure tactic. It comes down to doing what you need to do to survive. And because the story is so familiar, like an old pair of shoes, we come back to that illusion of safety even when we are working to extricate.

In the 80’s personal therapy was all about telling the story. I spent 10 years telling it. Each time I got deeper and reached some tears and had a profound release. I was scared and exhilarated at the same time. In no time I got into telling the story just to get the discharge. Even though I was paying this person, I had someone who listened or cared,..or so it seemed. It intensified and became more dramatic. I was looking for players to blame. I would embellish the story. It felt rich and alive especially for someone who had never been listened to.

The story does perform a service. It is useful for accessing wounds, or at least the energetics. Back in the day it was important to find someone to blame…parents were an easy target, and in many many cases, rightly so. The conclusion of the 80’s shifted that and opened the door for the separation of blame, which gradually led the way to focusing on the energetics of the experience for the sake of clearing…in the present time, that is. It was a long time coming but here we are in a whole new world able to respond to the body’s sensation/somatic information and clear the wounds of the past.

The caveat, however, is that one must have reached some higher level of clarity energetically for this to work. To get there one had to move through the story, or stories. The progress is that in the 80’s we got bored telling the story, which, in retrospect, is a place that indicates that the story and all attached to it is losing its power. And that is a poignant place, bittersweet in that we are being presented with the opportunity to leave an “old friend” behind. The story has been a pal, a true believer, an ally, our well tended and guarded comfort zone…and thus, a seduction and a lure into the rocks of the old wounds.

In a world where we have been taught that we are flawed, less than, damaged goods, hopeless sinners, doomed, crazy, etc…its nice to have something to hold on to, the island in the storm. But that is the illusion and the direct contradiction…as the comfort zone only serves to keep the story in place. The walls are covered with newspaper clippings about the events, there are energetic remnants all around the floor, the same songs keep playing, the TV only has a few channels in black and white, no one comes to visit unless they are here to support the story, tear stained pillows pepper the couch like trophies, one section of the wall has fist holes…this is a child’s world, a child who has resisted growing up. The irony is that the child is acting like the adult in overseeing the protective maintenance of the citadel.

And all the while the child cries herself to sleep every night, dreaming of being cuddled and caressed and told everything will be OK and that I will always be here for you. But he goes to bed every night with the blow up doll, fake and not the least bit comforting, an illusion of something that needs me…and that is the story. The story lives because you keep it alive. It marshalls Celestial Law to magnetize people place and thing to service its premise, massage its beliefs, keep alive the misinformation and twist the knife in the back just so to keep it bleeding.

How much more? How many other ways to spin it? Do you get that walking away from the story might be a life affirming idea? I’m sorry, but no matter what you believe or have been told…we are not our past. Each moment has the keys to freedom. We have to walk through the door to get there, but the door looks like the mouth of a monster. Every time you go near, you shake, you cry, you scream, you feel weak at the knees, on fire, empty, hateful, numb…and you stop because you do not want to hurt again. Again the irony, the sensations, the “pain, the hurt” are the very answer to your freedom yearning. The sensations are the initial movement of all the stuck energy…moving towards release and clearing and clarity and freedom. Misinterpreted…until now. What if the very anxieties and depressions and schizophrenias and bi-polar-ness and insanity were all the beginnings of the body’s choice to shake off the shit once and for all and heal itself along with you? What if? What if the societal push to pharmaceutical entrapment and imprisonment were there to keep you rolling in your own comfort zone mud…stuck in the story that never ends? Just consider this…

We are onto something here. Yes, there is a story or two likely contained within you, being played out to varying degrees of loyalty and devotion and duty. It was created over time by a child trying to survive. It became a mighty attractant and called upon Universal Law to become pretty much cemented into place. You lived your life through the story, repeating over and over the things that did not work…over and over…until you stood at the doorway of helplessness. And what is it that suddenly came to the door to face you? The Cosmos had dispensed energetic wisdom to slip nicely under the core of the story and start to pry it out. In a relatively short time, with the help of the new vibration, you became bored with your story. You started to look at it, seeking the facts. Discovering that it was a house of cards you grew more grounded and strong, starting to do some things differently (outside of the old story). The stronger you felt the more quickly see how the story pulled you into the same old places. You were then able to choose differently at those point. Different results began happening. Your vibration changed and you began attracting higher frequency people. That energy assisted your inner clearing until one day you stood at a powerful point of choice.

Make your list. These need to be upgraded. They need to be replaced by life affirming, you-affirming action choices. We do not have to dig into these to determine where we learned them and who is to blame. That is so 80’s. Now it is a matter of identifying them, inviting them to leave, and sending them on their way. You are perfectly capable of moving beyond any behaviors that support these in any way. Upgrade. Release and replace. For each one on your list ask where it is stored in your body. Take the first thought of body sensation as the answer. Make a note. Now visit each of the areas where the energy has been held.

Now say this set of statements/actions for each one as you lay it down:

I see you. I thank you. You have served me. You serve me no more. I release you. I send you on your way. Good bye…now, be gone!
(With your hands cut the connecting cord with a swipe and a
Suh Htep Nah)

Now read through this a few times…then a few times out loud

LEAVING THE COMFORT ZONE
c. April 4, 2017

Everybody has a story, everybody has a way its been

Some people cling to their story, they  live it out again and again

Now, if you’re seeking your glory, you got let the story stand

‘Cause the past will never deliver you into the future’s hands

Life is lived in moments,
a zillion nows that you breathe right into
Life’s changin’ and flowin’,
it won’t wait for what you’re holding on to
Your comfort zone’s not for growin’,
it’s like a mirror of the past

If you wanna reach out to embrace life,
you better leave that zone real fast

Olden days and olden ways will keep you in pain
they will enslave you

Words unsaid mem’ries fed will chain you till you
choose to let them go…so let them go

It can be hard to leave, those old four walls behind you

They just seem so familiar it’s like they live right inside your mind

But you can call upon courage,
you can reach for a deeper truth within
Universe in motion, the moment that you choose

So take the first step forward, there’s nothing left to lose

Life is reaching, calling to you Beckoning come on let’s go to
Find your path way to reveal to you
All you are and all you yearn to be

There’s a feeling within me, rising right up through my feet
It’s got a sweet sensation I can feel the old releasing

It’s like a wind blowing through me
clearing out my yesterdays and all those limitations
I’m feeling like a little child again I’m running free
not a care in the world

I love it  I need it  I’m gonna keep on movin’

I love it  I need it  I feel so great to be

Alive…Goodbye to the old ways Alive…Hello to the new days

I’m never goin’ back there 3x

In the flow with new persistence,
letting go there’s no resistance
Life reveals her beauty to you,
In your truth  it’s time for you to thrive

You let go of the story, you let go of the way its been

Without that comfortable story, you can fully live life my friend…

Now you are ready for an upgrade and an eventual rewrite.  And this is mostly in your hands to do. Here are some suggestions of how to move forward.

  1. Take one of the old stories and turn it around to something that would serve you in this new vibration. Flesh out the details of your life in the new frequency. What are your behaviors? What are your actions? What are the words you use? What are the results of this new “story”?
  2. You have received a great many suggestions for the new paradigm, statements and proclamations that present the elements of the Now Age. They are empowering and high in vibration. They suggest a new way of being, an expanded way of living. Reflect on these. Take the ones that speak strongly to you and project them out. Describe your life in the frequency of each. What are you doing? Speaking? Saying? Feeling? What are the results of such a life in one week? Month? Year? Play with this and set up a variety of scenarios for you.
  3. Create the vision of the life you deserve and desire. Know you are unlimited in this. Flesh it out and see what you can create. Really get into this. You are laying the ground work for all this or something more magnificent. Your vision will likely happen…again, as you believe…

Your story has value. It can be a guide for your journey. In this case it would likely be a series of stories. A true story that serves you is organic and spontaneous. It is fluid and adjusts to the forms of the now. It is not limited in structure but responds to the new awakenings and the learnings that infiltrate your moments at the heels of your current actions and thoughts and new beliefs. You vision it, launch it, live it it, adjust it, live it more, and then let it go. Then you start a new one.

You can be engaged in parallel stories, simultaneously engaging in separate pathways. It is not that difficult. Keep it simple for now. Get used to the strategy and the feel and then expand the scope.

For example: make one story about how you are such a master at your own self care. Design it and launch it and live it. At the same time vision your self as an inspirational speaker who motivates people to make life affirming changes. Your self care story dovetails right into this. It becomes the vehicle that also feeds the other story. Your success in the parallel story may give birth to a new story about caring for lost animals or end up rescuing sea life…something always leads to something. This is an unlimited process.

Your stories can be adjusted throughout the day. Every day can be a new story. The difference here is that you are really living in alignment with higher principle and Universal Law as a high frequency being who is fully coherent. You are in consistent adventures living fully in each. As this is highly conscious activity in alignment with Celestial principles, you are always well taken care of and have an incessant supply of energy and resources to support you without question, all available at your heartfelt request.

Surrender…let go of the old stuff. That is what will lead you into the glory of spontaneous manifestation of the best life for you in this incarnation…for now. You have to be committed to living at 100%…fully aware, fully alive, fully active. There is so much for you to experience in the expanded state…just hurry up and get there!

Session Action Eight: Creating a Brand New Story
