Earthly life is eventful, and, depending on your belief system and internal programming, it can be traumatic. Trauma results from unexpected surprise/shock typically, though it may be a result of the long term swallowing of the energetics of challenging experiences. We simply have not been taught about energy and how it plays out in the physical and energetic bodies/anatomy. We have not been told how the body serves us to temporarily store the unexpressed/ unresolved experiences of our moments of living.
And so, most humans suffer from trauma and have what is now so freely termed PTSD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Let me remind you that our design is prepared for the unexpected elements of living in this dimension. If we express the effects of the event then we can stay in a place of balance. If we swallow the energy and the words/sound then we are initiating the stress disorder. The body is designed for spontaneous release of the energetics of the event. Not allowing this sets the framework for future challenges of increasing intensity. The toxic energy (in that it pulls vibration down) is stored in the thematic chakra system. The body wisdom attempts to contact the physical conscious self to clear by pain, discomfort, sensation, numbness, etc. If we choose to not pay attention (and most are programmed to ignore the body callings) then we store increasing amounts of energy that continues to lower the vibration of the chakra. The slower the vibration then the more physical the energy becomes, until, after so many turn-aways, we develop a condition/disease/illness that gets our attention (typically through fear). Hopefully, it is caught soon enough to prevent the loss of incarnational life.
Most are walking around with the stress of trauma from childhood experiences. Throw in abuses of any kind, serving in the military, crime events, relationship challenges, accidents, hospitalization and surgery, death of loved ones, over attention to the media fear wash, etc. and you have a human who is ready to explode.
We are not taught to let go. We are taught to swallow, keep it together, be a man, not be a sissy, not fall apart, medicate, self abuse, divert, become addicted, distract, ignore, self judge, compare, wish and hope, buy into conditions…on and on. And, obviously, this only creates inner chaos and a life of stuckness.
The energies of the times have precipitated the forces of change within and are doing more than just stirring the pot. Look at it as a celestial mandate that is jump starting our remembering of who we truly are…and that anything unlike the truth of each of us is being loosened up for the purpose of jettisoning….whether you are consciously ready or not. Do you think it is a coincidence over these last few years that PTSD has become such a human collective topic? That trauma has only been a part of our recent lives? No…forces are in motion. Ideas are being downloaded into the higher vibrational ones who can handle that frequency to then initiate activity in a variety of forms to assist in the necessary clearing and ultimate release from the grasp of the wounded years and the shackles put on our spirit and hearts.
Humanity has been traumatized over and over. It can be cleared and we can return to the place of empowered balance…if we take conscious action to do so. Remaining ignorant serves nothing. The assistance is there. The energy is there. The methods are there…but we each must reach out to take the guidance and put it into action…the sooner the better.
Thus far in this course, I have addressed the importance of inner awareness, especially in the physical body and the emotional body. Here is where the energies are kept. So, to the body we must go first. New processes such as Somatic Experience are being downloaded and put into practice. Under the influence of treating soldiers and the obvious traumas they face, these new modalities are spilling into the mainstream to address the sea of additional traumas of all degrees. It is foolish to compare traumas and then downsize yours as not important. The relative nature of the trauma is reciprocal to the personal experience you had and hold in cell and tissue. Each must be treated as important.
It starts with observing the body, watching for nuanced callings that arise randomly. The body will let you know when it is time to focus and clear. Triggers from the outside will stir the inner and send a signal. If you pay attention then you can apply specific techniques to facilitate the release of the energetic debris that contains the unexpressed intensity of the experience itself.
When you bring attention to the body it responds with sensation, warmth, buzzing. You can take an inner journey and bring your focus to random spots and elicit the sensations. Thus is akin to waking up. The body is not supposed to be numb. Rather, vibrancy is the natural state. We have been diverted to think that sensation is anxiety and have been seduced to medicate it away…sad, because the “anxiety” is the sign of movement and release and healing.
Know that the more you start to pay attention to the body the more it will reveal. Soon you will be getting some stronger sensations. So here is a somatic process you can use. Focus on the sensation and observe it. If it is energy then it will likely move. Follow it and be present with it, sending support and an invitation to share whatever it has to share. Essentially the trail it takes is an unwinding of how the energy was infused into the body and will likely lead you back to the primary point. Be advised that when the primary point is reached there may be some stronger, more intense movement, spontaneous sounds and words, visual or auditory memories, etc. This is the release of the original event. The duration is flexible. You want to support the movement. If the hand wants to make circles then do that until it stops. It may lead to a larger movement that involves the whole body. Allow that and go with it. Trust is essential here. That trust gives the energy permission to release. It acknowledges the original wounding to the Inner Child and supports his/her expression under the safety of your watch.
The energetics of the stored trauma have varying levels of influence and impact. The strong ones can lead one to a modification of one’s belief system about the nature of the world and people in general. We can make decisions that restrict life and keep experiences out. We can use the energy to create health conditions that support the decisions. The energy is stored in tissue and has a memory infused with it. It contains the event, the circumstances leading up to it, the impact of subsequent choices, the self judgment, and the complete emotional content. Thus they can be quite intense when they are moving. It might be useful to have assistance in cleansing that energy, though, by design, you are completely capable of facilitating the experience to conclusion on your own.
Regaining freedom in your life is tied to the degree of trauma you carry at any given time. It follows that moving it and releasing it is a priority. Once you have experienced and “survived” the release, then each time will be easier. You can invite release as well. Cueing off of a trigger you can invite a complete release. Remember to intend frequency and high vibration into the areas vacated within by the release. Put in love, and light, and peace…
If you find that the process becomes too much, then seek professional help temporarily to regain your footing. Refer also to the work of Peter Levine, Risa Kiparo, Dr. Dain Heer, Noah Korasche, Otakara Kletke, Richard Strozzi-Heckler, among others.
Mindfulness, breathwork, movement, body work, sound alchemy, automatic writing, developing emotional literacy are additional tools that can be explored to support becoming trauma free.
You were designed to be clear and clean and, in this state, experience fully the magnificence of your design. Moving towards and attaining that state can be one of your missions or purposes during this incarnation. We are each heading toward the land of clarity. Supporting the process will likely ease the forms that show up on that journey. Sure, you can resist, but you already know what that feels like and your personal trail of tears is testimony to that kind of choice…
Start working with the above technique as often as you choose. Once you start to jettison the debris of the traumas then the way you feel will be all the motivation you need. I personally treasure the intensity and outcome of the year’s worth of Somatic Experience I participated in. I was able to release, reframe, and rewrite the outcomes of some of my most traumatic and influential woundings to stand in the higher vibration of me reclaimed. I would not hesitate to explore the possibilities and take an active hand in bringing you home…
