Everybody has a story, everybody has a way its been

Some people cling to their story, they live it out again and again

Life is lived in moments, a zillion nows that you breathe right into

Life’s changin’ and flowin’, it won’t wait for what you’re holding on to

Your comfort zone’s not for growin’, it’s like a mirror of the past

If you wanna reach out to embrace life, you better leave that zone real fast

Olden days and olden ways will keep you in pain they will enslave you
Words unsaid mem’ries fed will chain you till you choose to let them go

It can be hard to leave, those old four walls behind

They just seem so familiar it’s like they live inside your mind

But you can call upon courage, you can reach for a deeper truth within
Universe in motion, the moment that you choose

So take the first step forward, there’s nothing left to lose

Life is reaching, calling to you Beckoning come on let’s go to

Find your path way to reveal to you All you are and all you yearn to be

There’s a feeling within me, rising right up through my feet

It’s got a sweet sensation I can feel the old releasing

It’s like a wind blowing through me clearing out my yesterdays and limitations
