When one is devoted to remembering their true design l while in body incarnate, and they reach that awareness in action to arrive in full potential and inhabit their Light Body,, then they have an additional point of choice when they consciously leave their physical vehicle. Do I move on with my own journey of accessing the fully ascended state in the frequency of Oneness and Source Alignment? Or do I simply move into the Fourth Dimension and devote myself to being an accessible high frequency resource for humanity?
Since each AM has had many earth lives and has consistently moved in the flow of reclamation of truth in consciousness, they have a unique capacity to have the wisdom and connection with both. Understand that it is a significant choice to forgo one’s own movement for the sake of helping others on a much grander scale. Remember also that their assistance has to be sought as they are bound by Universal Law to not intervene in the life of humans. They must be asked…so it would follow that it would be useful for humanity to know about this profound resonant resource that has, in many ways, walked in their shoes and, because of that, has the experience with the Celestial wash running all through it.
But most do not know of them at all. And because, many organized religions and power mongers have been successful at providing doubt, skepticism , and threat of social ostracism to those who dare to access these “invisible satanic beings”, most people will live lifetimes clueless about these incredibly powerful beings.
A helpful element to the masses, however, is that many of the current Ascended Masters walk the Earth as masters in flesh. Their familiarity opens celestial doors and invites those who resonate to be seekers of the wisdom just beyond the dimensional veil. Lao Tzu, Mary Magdalene, Mother Mary, Isis, Merlin, St. Germain, Jesus (Sananda) are some who have elevated vibrationally into mass consciousness. They are likely to be called upon more than the others. And, do know, the Ascended Master is always ready to serve.
Each AM remains in a state of union with all of creation while still retaining an individual essence and persona. From their higher dimension they oversee and guide not only individuals who call, but also collective forces that benefit humanity as a whole. Thus each AM has an intentional capacity to serve the waking up through the uniqueness of their own “Earth/Celestial personality”. As you or I connect with them we feel their unique frequencies and make deeper connections, because they feel so “human”, so to speak.
Here we shall recognize the advantage to make connections with one or more Ascended Masters. To this end we shall look at a sampling of the more known ones to see what they can offer to an adventurer like you. At the end we shall establish a framework for contact. Know also that each has a fourth dimensional celestial ashram available for those who align with them. Students can access the ashrams consciously via meditation or in the dream state. Much study and clearing work is done while our physical body rests.

Part of the Great White Brotherhood’s medical program. Assists in healing work with self or for others. Assists in accessing additional
El Morya
Chohan of the First Ray and carries the power of an enlightened, or sacred king. As a warrior, protector and guide to those in public and political life he is more than needed in these transformational times.
Hilarion
Chohan of the fifth ray of concrete science and knowledge. Also assists those who seek higher esoteric knowledge. He guides psychics, mediums, and all manner of psychic explorers in the proper use of their power. Early incarnation as Apostle Paul. Call upon him to assist your own expansive openings as well as assisting current scientific dilemmas that face humanity.
Isis
Known as the great magician and healer, capable of transforming self and others. Call upon Isis to understand the Egyptian and Atlantean mysteries and to learn the arts of healing and magick.
Kumeka
Chohan of the eighth ray, one of the new rays arriving in the Aquarian times. His work is focused on manifesting more intense, higher vibrational cleansing energies on Earth to prepare for more powerful initiations of spiritual energy. Call upon him for assistance to clear out the personal, collective, and planetary energetic debris.
Kuthumi
Master of the Second Ray who performs spiritual initiations for those on the ascension path. Aids in establishing life’s purpose. Can be called upon to build spiritual bridges between Earthly kingdoms.
Lanto
Associated with all forms of education. Call upon him to assist in dispensation of information and insight, teaching, facilitating, and mentoring.
Lao Tzu
Call upon him to learn the way of the Tao and to balance the yin and yang energies.
Lo Chi

Maitreya
Current holder of the office of Planetary Christ. Call upon him to transform any situation with unconditional love.
Mary Magdalene
Call upon her to understand the mysteries of the Christ, of feminine wisdom and the Holy Sophia, and the Holy Grail.
Merlin
Call upon the Merlin lineage to learn magick, Druidism, shamanism, Celtic lore, counseling, leadership, or cunning wisdom.
Mother Mary
Example of a full-bodied ascension into heavenly realms. She is the keeper of Divine compassion and the Mother energy. She is the protector of women and children. May even represent the Earth Mother, Gaia.

Associated with the 6th ray of devotion. She helps spiritual seekers find the truth in religion. Particular useful to those misused and manipulated by organized religion. She is the teacher of joy.
Osiris

Master of the Fourth Ray dedicated to the improvement of human life though the encouragement of the arts and artistic expression.
Portia
Co-ruler, with Saint Germain, of the seventh ray, the violet flame. Empowers and initiates us into the feminine mysteries of magick and connects us to the goddess. She is a tester and a gatekeeper to the mysteries.
Quan Yin
Goddess of compassion and mercy. Considered also the epitome of the divine mother. She guides souls in the choice of their next life.
Ra
Teaches us about light, power, inspiration, healing, and creativity. Can be used to remove obstacles and illness or to grant life and healing.
Saint Germain
Chohan of the seventh ray, the ray of ceremonial order, and guides all those engaged in magick traditions from alchemy to shamanism to lodge traditions. All secret societies that work towards the evolution of humanity are under the influence of this ray. Call upon to transform any energy into its higher form. Encourages the enjoyment of life. Teaches about freedom and liberation from any controlling forces.
Sananda
Incarnated as jesus, the Christ. Chohan of the sixth ray. He works with priests, mystics, and all devoted to making the world a better place.
Serapis Bey
Chohan of the third ray of active intelligence. Keeper of the white flame of Ascension. Patron saint to science and art.
Thoth
Ascended Master of ancient Atlantis. Alchemist credited with foundation of Western magick and spirituality. Scribe of the Gods, a sage and a counselor. His steady power keeps Universe in alignment
Call upon him for all writing, study, learning, spiritual advancement, alchemy, and healing.
White Eagle
One of the first tribal masters to make himself known in the New Age to non tribal people. Call to assist in understanding tribal ways and integrate Native Wisdom with Western traditions.
Exercise: Visiting with the Masters
1. Sit before your altar in a comfortable position. Call upon the divine, in whatever form you prefer—God, Goddess, Great Spirit, Divine Mind, Mother-Father-God. Ask to be consciously connected to your source, for guidance and protection, and to all your spirit allies who are appropriate for you at this time. Do Exercise 1: Basic Meditation Technique up to step 6 (see page 81) to get into a meditative state.
2. Acknowledge the power of the four directions. Bring your attention to the north, then the east, south, and west. Bring your attention to the heavens above and the space below you. Then bring your awareness to your heart. Feel a shaft of light descend from the heavens, from the highest dimensions, surrounding you in a column of light and finding its anchor in the heart of the planet. You are now aligned with the twelve dimensions and are capable of interdimensional contact and journey.
3. Ask your higher self and guides to bring your awareness to the fifth
dimension, the realm of Shamballa, the collective consciousness of the ascended masters of Earth. Feel your consciousness rise from your body, from your third-dimensional consciousness, and ascend to the heavens. You might feel like your spirit is ascending in a glass elevator, climbing higher and higher, as if each dimension were a floor. Feel yourself enter a crystalline structure, the structure that is the Shamballa diamond itself. Take a look around. Perhaps you see a matrix of shining light and geometry. Perhaps it manifests as a city of the ancient world. However you see Shamballa, know that you are in a place of light and healing.
4. Call out to the ascended masters. Ask for the master who is most perfect for you at this time to make his or her presence known. Be open to the form and identity of whatever master appears. If you desire an audience with a specific master, request that master. If you are not sure of a specific master but are seeking a teacher from one of the rays of light, evoke that ray of light, by color or number, and ask for a master of that light.
5. Spend as long as you desire with this master. Allow the ascended one to communicate with you through words, pictures, and feelings. Keep an open heart and mind. Ask whatever questions you have. Bring your problems and issues to the master. The master might take you on a journey away from Shamballa, into other dimensions, or even into your own past or future. Go with it. Know that once you connect to the realm of Shamballa, you are in good hands, connecting with the collective consciousness that is in harmony with the source of life.
6. When you are done, say your farewells. Your master might give you a gift or symbol, to help establish the link between the two of you. Then return to where you began. Imagine yourself descending through the tunnel of light, riding the cosmic elevator from the fifth dimension down to the third. Ground yourself in your body and relax. Take a few breaths. Open your eyes.
7. Acknowledge the four directions around you again, north, east, south, and west, then above, below, and center. Thank the divine Creator for guidance and protection. Thank your guides and allies. Perform steps 9 and 10 of Exercise 1: Basic Meditation Technique (see page 82) to return to normal waking consciousness. Write down any impressions or messages you received, before you forget them. The return to 3D consciousness can make them fade quickly, like a dream.

Dream Working
1. Go to bed and relax your body from head to toe. Give your body permission to relax fully, as you sweep your awareness from the top of your head down to your feet. Keep a notebook and pen or pencil by the bed for when you wake up in the morning.
2. Before you fall asleep, take a moment to think about what kind of dream working you would like to do, and what master would be appropriate to call on for this work. In your mind, or out loud (if you are alone), ask for the presence of the master while you sleep. If you use a symbol with that particular master, envision it now, draw it on your body before going to bed, or have a talisman with it near you. If you want to go to a specific ashram, think about that location and try to envision it in your mind. Ask the master to help you, and state clearly and specifically what you want to do in your dream. Are you simply seeking spiritual knowledge and advancement? Are there specific topics you wish to study? Do you want to heal, be inspired, or solve a dilemma? Be specific. Ask that it be for your highest good, harming none, in accord with your true will. Then go to sleep.
3. When you wake up in the morning, write down the first thing you remember. It may reflect the dream work you did that night, or it may not. Much of the work you do will be intuitive and unconscious, so don’t expect profound dreams to be the benchmark of how much spiritual work you did in your dreams with the masters.

Use your resources. The Ascended Masters are willing servants to higher frequency learning. Use them. Call them. Develop an awareness of them and start contacting. There may be some you feel a deeper connection with. There may also be some that you have no connection. Start to develop communication as if they were right across from you in the flesh. In no time at all you will be making regular visitations for classes in the temple.
