Firstly, the Mind is not the brain and the brain is not the Mind. The brain is the physical organ. The mind, according to YUSA, is a formless continuum that functions to perceive and understand objects. Because it is formless or non-physical by nature, it is not obstructed by physical objects, an advanced aspect of your being. Your mind must be purified in order to live in the state of lasting peace. This lies only in your hands and is, most certainly, an inside job. Are you willing to get clear on the mind so that you can begin to rediscover its malleability and limitless potential?

Let’s just say that you have the conscious awake mind (10%) and the subconscious mind (90%). We live through the conscious mind in a personal world primarily created and maintained by the subconscious mind, which is your training, experience, decisions about survival, past life memory and energetic influence, familial and cultural programming you have embraced willingly or unawares, intentions you set at the point of incarnation, guidance by your Higher Self, and Celestial influence. In this model you are more than likely only a hint of your whole design template. So be it…a place to start the reclamation.

In this dimension we are born with potential, intent, and influence. From the moment of arrival we are working with the fluid mind, establishing temporary (yes) neural pathways that reflect decisions made by you no matter how they got there. You, by design, are malleable and fluid, as you choose. The challenge is that we succumb to the structure and beliefs and patterns of action of those who provided for us and we turn our back on our own bigger picture temporarily (yes) for however long it takes to consciously go, “hey, wait a minute here!”

In a dimension and cosmos where all is energy we interface in the now moment to manifest oscillations of form based on the thinking in the mind. The kinds of thoughts you invest in determine the forms you see and experience. Repeating these survival decisions over and over establishes a belief which, via more action and repetition and emotional energetic investment, builds a personality that helps to define you to your self and others. The interactions with others help them get to “know you”, which is often a compromise between the true you and their own experience and interpretation of those one on ones with you,,,as well as what they might have heard. So, likely it is off the mark. The you in relationship at any moment is an agreement of growing convenience.

The mind is expansive and interfaced with the Source Mind as well. This changes everything and up until these post Millennial times, meant little to most humans. But it does now. The real opportunity to expand your life experience and understanding begins with making observations and adjustments to kinds of stuff you have stocked your mind with…primarily the subconscious mind. The conscious mind is, in many ways, a reflection or a slave to the sub-conscious, a dutiful servant to the you you have agreed to be, in general. So, let’s get to know more about the sub-conscious part of you.

The subconscious mind is the doorway to infinite intelligence and is estimated to be 300,000 times more powerful than the conscious, awake mind. It responds to the mental picture or thought that has been repetitively practiced and played out. It gives you exactly what you ask for through thought, belief, and word…and emotional energy. It is literal and unwavering in its service to you and your claims. If life is not showing up in the way you desire, then it is likely that the subconscious needs some re-education, some reprogramming, a redirect. The content of the SC becomes a magnetic attractant to the energetic forms that support your request. The stronger your emotional connection and expression to the thought/belief, the more deeply ingrained it becomes for you. Then it simply a matter of Universal Law to play out to give you the life you claim via Law of Attraction, Law of So Within, So Without, and Law of Are you Sure You Want to Wish for That?! This SC does not censor, judge, or discriminate any thoughts or beliefs which you choose to program.

If you hold belief and reinforcement that you are a victim and that the world is a harsh place then you are destined for an experience far below your design and your potential right in line with the claims you make with your words and more.  It then follows that you must tend your mind with focus and awareness to insure that you feed it exactly what you intend. Sure, this is way off what we have been taught…but it is a sure fire pathway to change if you are willing to reduce your life to this now and take the conscious action to replace stinkin’ thinkin’, mistakes, blindspots, and the like, with life affirming high frequency truths seeded by desire, intent, enthusiasm, and a sensory wash of as if whole bodied visualizations.

Turn off the “negative” (contrary to your desired outcome) influences, reduce the TV and Media drivel, hang out with conscious people who don’t judge, rag on others, gossip, complain, worry, and fear…in other words monitor and regulate what you let into your field. It takes 28 days to change a habit. Repetition, emotional investment, speaking and claiming out loud, adjusting course, maintaining commitment, and celebrating results is a sure fire way to facilitate personal change for you. You can work with your brain waves to establish the correct receptivity. Affirmations, affirmative statements, proclamations, intentional music, chant, and mantra are powerful resources to call upon on your journey, as well. In future sessions we will look at brain waves. Practice Mindfulness, the latest must do from the Eastern Buddhist pathway. Learning and choosing to step out of the constant mind chatter of the Westerner will create the space to open up the conduits of guidance and inspiration and insight. It is a process you can hone by monitoring the mind/the place where you focus. Use your will to keep redirecting that focus. Notice and be aware of how you feel and where you feel in the body. Pay attention to life and notice the support via the nuances in the natural world and in the life that whirls around and in you.

Learn to breathe consciously to your center. Become acquainted with the many breathing techniques available and practice them. (We will look more at breathing techniques in future sessions) Develop a resource book for yourself, one that holds the words, the ideas, the pictures, the activities that can keep you in alignment.

The Mind can change, new neural pathways can be grooved to establish new behavior patterns that affirm you and the life you desire. When you become a participant in your life, you become a facilitator of change for you, your own mentor. And this leads you directly to Divine Mind. Stop and listen and open the three nerve center minds, the Mind, the Heart, and the Sacral/Plexus and see how you flow into alignment with an ongoing supreme resource.

As part of the expanded mind there is the polarity elements of right brain, left brain. The left brain is analytical, time and space oriented, loves order and structure, and moves to be objective and fact oriented, while the right brain is intuitive, reflective, thoughtful, intuitive, sensitive,, and oh so much more. It is about expanded experience and the interconnectivity of life. Often one is leaning in one of these directions, thinking they need to be one or the other. This dance keeps one out of the heart space.

The new times are ushering in new interactions involving the two sides. There is rewiring processes in motion that shall establish new synaptic pathways between the two sides. As these two physical hemispheres and their separate mind components begin to merge then we can counteract the Fall of Man, which was the moving of the thinking center from the heart to the head. Bringing consciousness back to the heart, thus promoting the end of duality and the return to Unity Consciousness. Currently we are still immersed in the polarizing where opposites are called to accompany  one another, thus often negating new awareness or progress.

This tendency to counter the opposite will change when we bring our attention to building a bridge in the mid-brain, between the two. This will encourage the formation and maintenance of  an electromagnetic, harmonious field that will balance the two hemispheres of the brain…The activation bypasses the neo-cortex, that part that lives in the past and focuses on traumatic memory. Midbrain activation will anchor you more deeply in the present moment, bring electromagnetic balance to the hypothalamus and  pineal gland which in turn expand the gateway for passing higher frequency information. The awakening is due in part to the stimulation of the Pituitary gland to stimulate specific hormonal discharge. To do so, one must activate the neighboring pineal gland. This gland secretes two essential hotmones, Serotonin and melatonin.

The Pineal is connected to the body’s endocrine system, which functions like an information highway for chemical messengers called hormones to help control bodily functions and feelings of intuition.It is responsible, too, to ensure spiritual connection between human consciousness and fourth dimensional energies, supporting higher senses of telepathy, clairvoyance, intuition, and psychometry. The serotonin and melatonin are full of Light Codes and information that goes far beyond the current comprehension of the human mind…the very stuff that this course is calling forth.

The challenge is that the Pineal is compromised, kind of energetically whitewashed. Intentional calcification of the gland has taken place at the hands of fluoridated water and tooth paste, GMO’s, harmful processed sugars, alcohol, and acidic thought processes. Consider the benefits of Pineal decalcification actions to give you back your antennae. Here are some suggestions:

  1. Use detoxifiers and stimulants: wheatgrass, chorella, spirulina, blue green algae, iodine, zeolite, ginseng, betonite clay, chlorophyll based foods.
