To embrace is to wrap in loving arms, whether energetically or physically. Embracing is engaging at a deep level, choosing to connect out of a place of open-hearted compassion and empathy. It reaches out and includes. It invites and respects and honors the other. It washes the other in unconditional love and celebrates their being, seeing the God Source in them no matter what they do. Embracing is a conscious choice that unifies life, bringing together unique expressions of the living. Embracing does not exclude or create separation.

These transformational times of rising Aquarian energy are ushering life towards the Oneness union, reconnecting all to the essential Source while at the same time, honoring the unique expression of Source in each. It may be hard, at this point in the process, to even understand what the Oneness is. To be completely connected to another while still maintaining autonomy and unique character seems like an impossibility. Suffice it to say that we are moving towards that higher frequency state that is already revealing itself on deep levels, transforming pockets of resistance, wounds and hurts, perceptions, thoughts, prejudices and beliefs.

Is it any wonder that the socio-political climate is so messed up with prejudice, racism, class distinctions, and the like? What has long been an undercurrent in this world is becoming an observable phenomena to all, even those who practice it behind closed doors and claim innocence. It is simply being brought into the Light so all can see it for what it is…an untruth. People are being drawn to create uncommon connections in efforts to create a collective that is stronger to address the resistance that is in process of collapse…though still relatively strong. The unrest is becoming global. All who have been restrictive are being called to the carpet in one way or another. Peoples are refusing to go along with the dogmas that limited and even imprisoned them for so long. There is strength in  numbers. And with the Celestial hosts joining in there is fast forming a river of love and unification that will sweep away the ignorance.

We have looked thus far, at the makeup of life in, on, and around this Earthly Dimension. We have established that we are not alone by any means. Even this realization is impacting those who have chosen or have been forced into isolation and separation. To separate is usually done out of fear. Unprocessed woundings direct many to separate from life and other people. That was a Piscean model of living. That is no longer being serviced by the Cosmos or by the Earthly life itself. The decay of that model has been initiated. And though, to some, like Fox news, it is alive and well, even those who have thrived in isolation and created pockets of separation are waning and facing dissolution. It is inevitable that all life will be embraced

Everything is a call for Love, says the Course in Miracles. Even the heavily wounded and isolated are wishin’ and hopin’ to be witnessed some day by loving eyes.  Beneath the veneer of even the most hardened human lies the same design that delivers your open hearted embracing of your fellow travelers. It’s just the way it is. Now, does that mean that there will be no resistance? Not at all…but Love and Light infuse the darkest places and facilitate the reawakening. Yet, on a planet where free will choice is a given, there may be those who kick and scream to remain broken…and so it is, for now.

You and I are made of pure Love, the ultimate frequency of compassion and acceptance and celebration. It is in us from the cells to the external energy bodies. We are born to embrace life. I have seen in my work with children and adult groups where the resistance is so strong. You can see the wounds and the armor and the yearning behind the masks and walls. In setting up musical opportunities to share and connect, people drop their old ways in an instant. It may take some longer, but it happens. The human touch is that powerful, that needed, that essential. I watched a young girl who was imprisoned by symptoms of asthma play out the facade she had developed at home to manipulate her mother. Whenever she was placed in the group to participate she would claim the coughing and sneezing and contracting. Three things happened to offer her a new way, which she chose to take eventually. I noticed her and allowed her to do her dance. She was taken out by another adult who gave her some personal time and brought her to safely release some of the tears and wounds that had imprisoned her. Another facilitator called her on her habit and invited/directed her into power. Within three hours this girl blossomed and became a full participant, dancing in the dust, singing in the group hand in hand…with not a symptomatic sign for the next two days. Last I saw her she was delivering tissues to anyone who cried at the ending. Precious, transformed, and powerful. Included and embraced…no more wars…just saying.

Embracing starts internally with the self. Honestly determine your own ways that you exclude your own self. What judgments do you lay upon your own body, mind, emotions, and spirit? How do you exclude yourself by remaining loyal to worn out beliefs born in a moment of survive at any cost? Clear and clean your own palette first. Only then can you begin to see the world with different eyes. Ask for Celestial help in cleansing away demeaning beliefs that lower your vibration. Begin to fabricate and put in place the life affirming beliefs that will become the magnets for opportunity to bless all with the very Love you are made of. Yes, it is a conscious process you have ignited here. Your efforts will be amplified by the higher frequencies flooding the planet, including your own truth rising from within.

You will be able to witness your own transformation as you discover comfort in being around all kinds of people, including the ones you had “trouble with” before. Your own blinders will fall as you start to see and witness and reinforce the unique Christ Essence in all you meet. These actions will dismantle the shackles of fear that permeate most of civilization. Your heart will do the rest. Stay out of your own way and let the reawakened design take over the job of spreading the holy salve of Love. And still, you must inaugurate the actions and be the one who sees beauty.

Witness from afar first, Ask for the guidance to send open hearted love to those who you just know need it. Send it in waves and witness their own waking up. Then initiate eye contact, that moment of witnessing the holy in the one before you. Honor those who cross your personal path. Hold their gaze and send the pure love that washes away the misinformation, the wounds, the hesitation, the self judgment, the isolation. Look for the Light in every eye and affirm it. Bring back manners and start treating others with respect, saying excuse me when you walk in front of them, open doors, say thank you, engage in conversation, compliment them randomly…trust your in the now guidance and act upon it.

Perhaps you have seen some YouTube videos of individuals who started hugging random strangers in public, setting up a hug booth or space with a sign to extend the invite and quell the WTF vibes. Too many of us are living like a prickly cactus, keeping the nourishment of touch out. To be touched is a basic human need. It is sorely underfed. Start offering them. Please note, be respectful and honor someone’s energy. You will know how long to embrace as well as how to embrace. As a male be particularly aware of any sexual energy you may extend towards women. This is about safety and support and nourishment, not to restimulate trauma.

The embracing of life and all its creatures does not have to be just physical. Inclusion is a primary need as well. Invite people in. Notice who is separate and engage them. Say hello and go from there. Make a point to connect with x number of new people each day in some manner. Wrap them in the energy of love and pray for their own peace and well being. Help people out and say something kind. This goes for all of life. Converse with the angels and the space beings. Tell the animals how glad you are to see them. Sing with the birds. Lay your body on the Earth. Hug the tree. Put your bare feet in the sand and the water and express your experience.

The embracing of all life can go far in changing the frequency of the world. No darkness can withstand the wash of Light for very long at all. Become the one who initiates Love in all you do. Be gentle in your moments and witness the beauty in everything. This kind of energy and action is way more powerful than an angry protest…because it embraces.
