Session Five

Thyroid Crystalline Structure Activation
Sacred sound: ANAE SHEAN

This position is called the Divine Access Point, or DAP. This is the area of the body in which the light of the Self can most readily enter the body. This is the soft area at the base of the throat just above the sternum. You are simply touching with the two fingers next to the thumb, no pressure. Your index finger and middle finger come together and touch this position. You can use either hand. Diagram A shows the correct position of the DAP for this activation. Bringing your conscious awareness to this position opens a doorway. Move through the doorway and use the conscious breath, which will move you into the crystalline structure.

1. Begin by touching the DAP with the index finger and the middle finger very lightly. Bring your Conscious Awareness into the opening where your fingers are touching the DAP. Take a conscious breath. Let go.

2. As you bring your Conscious Awareness there, the doorway opens. You may see, sense, or feel the opening taking place. Bring your Conscious Awareness to where you are touching and take a conscious breath.

3. Allow yourself to enter the opening. Allow yourself to be moved in through the opening, into the crystalline structure within the thyroid. Take a conscious breath and let go.

4. Open up your Conscious Awareness into the space. Bring your Conscious Awareness to touch the crystalline structure within this space. Use your Conscious Breath into the crystalline structure. Allow your experience, letting go into the space of the crystalline structure.

5. Allow an opening, a deepening of the opening, within the crystalline structure within your thyroid. Now you begin to activate the alignment to your divine factor.

6. Allow your experience. Let your Conscious Awareness open up and touch where the energy is beginning to pulsate, form, or move around you. Bring your Conscious Breath into your crystalline form. Allow the birthing of this aspect, this divine aspect of yourself.

7. Allow the connection. You may see, sense, or feel energy pulsing from the crystalline structure into the cells of your body. Let go and allow yourself to open to the essence of your Self that is birthing through this interaction within the crystalline structure.

8. Bring the sacred sound ANAE SHEAN into the crystalline structure. Bring your unique frequency of the sound into your crystalline structure. Breathe and let go. Your crystalline energy is going to respond to your sound birthing another level of your divine factor. Let go into your experience.

9. Bring your sound right into the center of the crystalline energy, feeling your sound and becoming your sound. Feel, see, or sense how your crystalline structures are responding to the unique frequency of your sound.

10. Allow yourself to move into the opening within the crystalline structure as you continue to create the sacred sound ANAE SHEAN. Open up and allow another level of your sound to move into your crystalline structure. Breathe and let go.

11. Bring your full Conscious Awareness into the crystalline form that is birthing here from your sacred sound. Take a conscious breath and let go into the opening. Breathe and allow yourself to open into the light. Feel the essence of your divine factor within the crystalline structure flowing into the cells of your body.

12. Bring your Conscious Awareness deeper into the space. Use your Conscious Breath, like a soft breeze into your crystalline structure, and move into another level of this dimensional opening within the structure itself. Breathe and let go. Take another soft breath into the space, feeling the essence of your light that is birthing from your divine factor within the crystalline structure. Allow your experience.

13. Then very slowly come back to where your fingers are touching the DAP at the base of the throat. You may feel that you are traveling back a long way through the multi-dimensional energies to your physical body. Take all the time you need to fully integrate this level of your divine factor, this essence of yourself through the cells of your body.

Session Six

Alpha wave creative meditation practice

Whether you are a beginner or advanced meditator, with the assistance of brainwave entrainment technology you can gently lower your brainwaves to a focused alpha level whilst remaining in complete thought awareness. In this altered state of consciousness, you will gain access to your subconscious mind, intuition and other great powers hidden within.

Start by sitting upright, back straight and listening to the recommended alpha frequency audio which can be found on the YUSA YouTube channel (remember to use headphones). Again, like the first meditation exercise, start to get comfortable with breathing and the vibrations of the audio. Practice inhaling, holding the breath, then exhaling for four seconds, moving on to seven seconds after some time.

After 15 to 25 minutes of stillness, you will be in the alpha state of mind. You will start to feel very relaxed, and your eyes will be heavy.

Now, tilt your head upward about 20 degrees. Project a mental screen outward, roughly two metres in front of you at this angle. Now, once comfortable at this angle, you can start to project images, scenarios and events that you want to create onto this mental screen. Breathe in deeply through the nose whilst making vivid mental pictures of your scenario in the mid-brow forehead region (third eye). Repeat this for a short while.

This is the process of creative visualisation. It is important that you project your scenarios and images in high definition and colour. It is even more important you project scenarios with the belief they have already happened! Feel the burning desire in your heart-space and intense gratitude for receiving your desires at such speed! You can practice this for as long as you would like.

Remember to skip two days per week for brainwave recovery and stabilisation. The more you start to detoxify your pineal gland, the more it starts to visualise colour images on the mental screen. The mind is the watchman of the heart, it is what directs your focus in a laser beam fashion. The heart is the great gas pedal of empowerment, you must learn to balance both in order to achieve your dreams, goals and desires.

Believe. Act as if it has already happened. Live like you already have it. It’s coming; it’s a done deal.

After approximately 25 minutes of alpha activation, the gap between the conscious and subconscious mind is bridged. When powerful thoughts are matched with high energy, positive feelings and creative visualisations, the subconscious starts to store these images and thoughts, encouraging positive reprogramming with what you want to create in your life. Your hopes now fly like arrows in the air, seeking a target that only a focussed mind can see!
