The Throat Chakra is known as your fifth chakra. It is located at the center of the throat in the hollow just above the meeting place of clavicle and sternum. This is the expression center ruled over by the voice. It serves all chakras as the chimney, the release point for any energetic issues.. It is in direct relationship with the Sacral as it is the unspoken wounds there that often compromise the throat. . The back side is the entry point for thoughts, ideas, and concepts from other beings, other dimensions and other aspects of ourselves. Here we own the guidance we want and reject the other that does not apply. It is affected by the beliefs others hold about us, as well as past life beliefs, and parental pattern influence. Lots of cords can be attached. Also is the entry point for feelings we need to express. The throat chakra is associated with the thyroid gland.

The chakra is responsive to the the color blue, is accessed by the pitch G and the phonetic, eh,  is overseen by the Ascended Master El Morya and the Archangel Michael, is impacted by the stones blue agate and blue topaz, the fragrances age and lemongrass, and is overseen by the element ether and the planet Mercury..

4. Knowing I Am never alone, I choose to call for support, inspiration, and companionship from all my guides, teachers, angelic and etheric beings, seen and unseen.

5. Realizing the necessity of expressing feelings and ideas I choose to make sure I clear all that is unspoken at the end of the day. I clear and cleanse the energy to reclaim balance before sleep.

6. My words manifest the forms of my world. Therefore I chose to monitor my expressions in every moment, affirming that what I speak is what I truly intend.

7. I choose to sing because I love to sing, no matter what anyone, including me, thinks of the “quality” of my voice. My singing brings me joy and clears resistant energies within me.
