Earth Star
The Earth Star Chakra is located below the feet and is shaped like an oval. This plate serves as a conduit for Earth Energy empowering and cleansing the physical body. It is strongly related to grounding and foundational power and connecting with Earth.
Located 1 ½ feet below the feet in the earth this chakra has support of the bones themselves. It contains the Earth elements fire, water, earth, and air. It is the source for daily life energy, daily cleansing energy, the energy needed to spiritualize the body, and nurturing and sustenance.. As an elemental eneergy it is the seat of every day life energy and information.. It dumps waste products from physical and emotional bodies and auric field. It receives elemental energy from the ground and feeds it into the physical system, In women the energy is stored in abdominal chakra, while in men it is stored in the solar plexus. Contains Earth memories, needs and transformational abilities.

Session Two
Root Chakra
The Root Chakra has been the foundation for humans until recent energetic times when the Heart Center is taken over as the new foundation for the compassionate human. . The root has grown to be in relationship with the Earth Star Chakra in that they both serve the basic needs of the human. The root is about having solid foundation in the body, connected to the Earth, well versed in self nurturance and meeting basic needs. This center is about genetic connections over past and future lives, maintaining contact and relationship with key energetic beings. It is about choosing to live fully in body massaging an active Earth conduit of power and release.
Issues regarding money, survival, work, self care, self esteem, and core issue bleed over from previous lives. This center is all about being grounded and solid on the Earth. For this reason refer to the Expansion Activity One for specific ongoing activities and tools to stay in body.
Root chakra is about Self Care. It is about Health and Abundance and choosing connection with life, being active in the world. Here are some statements to affirm for root chakra support. Speak them regularly when you feel disconnected with your self.
1. I Am, in all ways and on all levels, whole and complete. I require nothing or no one to fix me or fill me up. Thus, I am free to surrender to fully live and love all the forms that come my way.
2. In all my moments I maintain my foundation and allow flexibility and flow to support me through life. I am grounded to earth and like a tree move gracefully through all the winds that may blow.
3. In all ways and at all times I am safe. I attract only situations and people of higher vibration, where I can fully be my unlimited self.
4. In all ways, on all dimensions, and in all levels, I Am completely safe.
5. I am nourished by the Spirit within. Every cell in my body is filled with Light. I give thanks for my radiant health and happiness.
6. I choose to eat nourishing food, engage in fun and exhilarating exercise, rest and sleep to meet my needs, and listen and respond to my body’s callings.
7. At all times I remain fully in my body. All my energy fields remain clear and clean and in perfect alignment. My greatest peace and power comes when all my bodies are fully integrated and solid on the earth.

Session Three
Sacral Chakra
The Sacral Chakra is also known as the second chakra, located 2-3 inches below the navel and at about Lumbar 4-5 in the back. It is a powerful and profound chakra that oversees and regulates the juice of life. It is where the emotion of fear is strongest. It is the seat of creativity and childlike wonder and imagination. It holds the frequency of joy, sensuality, and sexuality. This chakra is the passion center and it is also the storage place for the wounds and abuses of living.
As you can see it is the potpourri of life, in some ways holding the best and the most challenging elements of the incarnational self. It is in relationship with the Throat Chakra in that likely the compromises showing there are the unspoken words and wounds of the early years. Storage of this kind of unprocessed, unexpressed toxic energetic residue can show up as lower bowel and lower back issues physically. Throat conditions and even thyroid challenges can be energetically traced to this compromised space.
The back side of this chakra is a particularly powerful entry point for the raw and pure vibration of emotion. The clearer it is then the more likely one will be able to flow with the emotions of your life moments. The chakra resonates with the sexual glands, is responsive to the the color orange, is accessed by the pitch D and the phonetic, ooo, is overseen by the Ascended Master St. Germain and the Archangel Zadkiel, is impacted by the stone carnelian and the fragrance ylang ylang, and is overseen by the element water and the moon.

Violet Flame Process:

Session Four
Solar Plexus
The Solar Plexus Chakra is known as your third chakra. It is located just below the sternum at the top of the abdomen. As the power center it regulates personal power in all of its forms, as powerlessness, control, anger, rage, criticism, judgment, etc. It is also the will center where we make decisions and then take action. When balanced it becomes the seat of discernment.The back side is the entry point for celestial wisdom and, as such, is an essential part of conscious decision making that serves and elevates life. The SP is associated with the adrenals and the pancreas.
The SP is in partnership with the Third Eye where vision is put into motion. You can understand that the storage of anger in the plexus gives rise to blind rage where the emotional intensity of the rush of adrenaline fueled anger energy diminishes the capacity to see clearly, with often tragic results.
The chakra is responsive to the the color yellow, is accessed by the pitch E and the phonetic, oh, is overseen by the Ascended Master Lady Nada and the Archangel Uriel, is impacted by the stone citrine and gold, and the fragrance juniper and rosemary, and is overseen by the element fire and the planet Mars..
1. In all my moments I easily make and take action on decisions.
