Session One

The gift of recognizing, claiming, and affirming your magnificence

There is no place like home. And in all this Multi-verse there is no dimension like this earthly one. The capacity to incarnate into a uniquely physical dimension and experience the remarkable flow of emotion makes our lives such a desirable journey that beings of all types are lined up for the opportunity to immerse into it. This only adds richness to the remarkable, ongoing, energetic creation we each are as divine beings.

The one caveat to this remarkable playground is that we forget, upon incarnating, that we are divine beings of such magnificent proportion. The subsequent influence of dimensional programming temporarily convinces us that we are limited. Cultural influence of this collective agreement diverts us to paying excessive attention to what is wrong with us, often initiating an arduous, rarely completed, journey of self improvement. It is a seductive journey, creating endless moments of stops and starts and progress and diversion.

This benevolent multi-verse has bequeathed us with an energetic, vibrational remedy to our mistaken beliefs in this unprecedented time of expansion. Through a monumental cleanse our woundings and unprocessed energetic memories are being shaken out of us. Our cellular memory is being reactivated to consciously reveal the actuality of our being. The perceptions and beliefs we have used to limit our awareness, progress, and experience are being replaced by the remembering of that which we truly are, and have always been...divine spiritual beings with an unlimited capacity to fully experience the grand, ever changing palette of life.

It is the now time to begin living your magnificence. Call for the guidance and the opportunity for your Higher Self to reveal that which you are. Affirm the cleansing of the misinformed beliefs and proclaim the return to Source that reveals your uncompromised essence. Allow the truth to infiltrate your whole being to open up the information, skills, and connections that will spiral us into our conscious divinity in full expression. Just say, “Yes! I remember and reclaim the I Am That I Am expressing as me”. Let it fill your moments and be the way you sense and experience this dimension from this breath forward. Welcome home, Divine One...

Make a list of the perceived limitations you have bought into. Acknowledge the journey with them and appreciate their contributions that have brought you to this supreme moment of awareness. Then burn it.

Access your imagination and activate it to reveal who you are. Make a stream of consciousness list of your characteristics and capabilities. Get out of the way and let your guidance reveal this. This will become your template for living the truth of you.

As a spiritual being having a human experience walk through your moments witnessing the magnificence of life. Nothing is worth attaching to as it does not influence your essence. So, allow yourself to experience what is laid at your altar of awareness in a fresh, new way.

Choose to walk through this day with no limitations. Whatever shows up use it as a means to affirm that you are so much more. Acknowledge that you are capable of embracing everything brought to you. Affirm your clarity and your wisdom and your skills.

Now, choose to witness others in this same vibration. See them with eyes of wonder and affirm their holiness and unlimited capacity. Know that there is plenty for all to engage in the full, rich life that will bring to each the awareness of their own magnificence.

The more you witness your own and all others truth the more it will be reinforced in your moments of living. Living as if is a powerful leap of faith. Offer no resistance and acknowledge but place no attachment on the forms coming your way that appear to disagree with your new reality. It is a process. Hold to your knowing and you shall be richly rewarded with peace, abundance, and joy.

Session Two

The gift of being a Spiritual Being having a human experience

We have been misled by the adopted belief that we are human beings seeking a spiritual relationship and understanding. This path has kept us isolated and disempowered and constantly searching to improve ourselves to become, just what we did not know. Well, this benevolent Multiverse has bequeathed us a grand directive that changes everything: we are spiritual beings having a human experience. With this gift comes a host of new realities.

We are unbound by space and time. We are in a constant flow of vibration and change, oscillating toward a full awareness and acceptance of that which we are. We are supported and guided by a host of etheric and angelic beings aligned to our frequency. We are unbound by perceived limitations. We are multidimensional, not just a physical body but a complete set of energetic bodies that have vast purpose and capability by design. We are eternal and unbound by  misperceptions about death, experiencing, rather, an ongoing progression of remembering our true essence and living it fully as we incarnate in a vast array of celestial playgrounds. We are in constant communication with a divine overseer, our Higher Self, which guides us carefully through our life moments per our pre incarnation agreements. We have direct access to all the Spiritual Laws of life which allow us to understand the parameters of the earthly dimension to open up a grand experience of manifestation, abundance, and celebration. On and on it goes, a treasure trove of the what is, that is ours for the asking.

It is this moment that calls us to lay down the perceived limitations and step into the brand new shoes of knowing that will reveal the new path to our own reclamation of the That I Am that is expressing uniquely as each of us.  Make your claim now...and from this breath forward be your spiritual essence in full expression and see how this dimension opens up to shower you with a much grander panorama of beauty, peace, and abundance.

        Breathe in the knowing that you are a spiritual being, eternal and all empowered. Walk your steps today with this             implanted in your whole self and notice the experience. How are things different for you?

Knowing your complete connection with all things today, express gratitude for everything that crosses your path. Give tirelessly and see how your spiritual heritage rewards you in kind.

Look at your path up till now. Reflect upon your big moments. Apply your new knowing to them and begin to see the wisdom of the plan, guided by your Higher Self, your Soul that has loving brought you just what you need in each moment. Express your gratitude and feed this new relationship .

Today, from your spiritual truth, pay no attention to perceived problems in your world or the world at large. Nothing is as it seems. Rather, fully engage in what is before you, knowing that life takes good care of itself. What is before you will lead you to the gift of the next moment, where infinite possibility anticipates your arrival.

Pause and paint the picture of how you want your experience in this incarnation to be. Lay it on the altar of your awareness and walk on, knowing that the Laws of the Multiverse will manifest even more than you can imagine.

Session Three

The Gift of Energy Bodies

It would appear that the physical is just that, physical. What you see is what you are. It appears so. Every form looks solid, feels solid…is solid? No…it most certainly is not. That is the beauty of the design. Energy layered upon energy in increasing frequency aligning to create a multidimensional being. Wow! This changes everything…yes…

Space between space we are. Atoms and molecules is constant oscillation with lots of space between them. Inner space actually looks like outer space…a magnificent union of the infinitesimal and the infinite. We are made up of successive layers of energy with the physical body being the most dense. Each of at least seven layers, bodies, has purpose and capacity. Knowing this opens up our understanding and significantly broadens our experience of life on earth.

We are taught in the Western lands that the physical is it. So, what happens to it is final and sometimes catastrophic. But this is not the way the Multiverse works…that design is too simple and limited. The creation feeds itself. There are links between dimensions. Energy must be stepped down in frequency to be useable by the physical. The energy bodies function in this manner. The body does not have the capacity to store all the information it has and continually receives. It is kept in the energy bodies in a multidimensional alignment of increasing frequencies.

Each of the bodies embraces the other as it moves out from the physical… the mental body, the emotional body, the etheric body, the astral body, the etheric template, the celestial body, and the ketheric body. The dimensional energies are filtered through these layers. Our own energetic experiences, especially the unprocessed or held energies of our own form of living, are stored in these bodies depending on the issue/frequency. The unprocessed impacts the bodies and reduces their normal vibration of health.

Daily attention to clearing and cleansing energetically is essential to staying in center. With the amount of input coming into and through these bodies, it is almost a constant process of tending the energy shields. Do so and the moments of living will have much less impact. Be aware and begin to notice the feel of life’s moments. Clues are everywhere. Listen to the body and you will be guided to stay in your Prime Presence.

• Learn about energy bodies. Google it and see what you are led to. Look into the work of Cyndi Dale and her book, The Subtle Body. Open to the idea and allow the information to flow to you. You will be surprised how it arrives. Become an attractant…
• Start to tune into your body. You can develop sensitivity to the energetic bodies. But it must start with the physical first. Your boy is sending information and callings all through the day. Pay attention to the sensations, the aches, the pains, the itches, the pulses, the numbness, the buzzing, the tingling. The location gives clues as to the nature of the issue being revealed. Sometimes the body makes contact to invite release of the old. Hearing, acknowledging these callings will assist in clearing. Any work done in the physical can impact the other energy bodies as well.
• Conversely, making connection with the other bodies will allow you to clear energies before they manifest in the physical. Learning to trust the wisdom of guidance can be very useful to staying clear. Simply asking about the condition of each body can have successful results, if you choose to trust the information. Play with that. Just follow guidance and see the results. Repeated thoughts that disempower are bound to eventually impact the physical if allowed to progress. Discern where the thought/pattern/belief is held in the mental body. Trust the guidance and clear it with your hand, like cleansing a mass of energy. Bind that into the earth or in water. Then feed a counter thought to fill up that space.
• Do these kinds of activities and notice results. Does your life change? Do the forms of living shift?
• Secure some rattles, drums, and sound tools/toys. Sound is a powerful cleanser for the energy bodies. Notice the sounds that irritate you. These have information. Experience them until there is no longer discomfort (frequencies are what I am referring to…obviously loud sounds are not to be experienced for long without damage)

Session Four

The Gift of Cellular Communication

What? Cellular Communication!? Doesn’t all that go on without me? The parasympathetic nervous system? Is this another thing I have to pay attention to? Geez…I’ve got work to do!

The gift that is dropping into your lap today is one that is entering the mass consciousness in these times, though most are unaware of the idea, let alone its use. I am referring to the communication between your conscious self and your billions of cells within your physical vehicle. This is not their functioning, but, rather, their guidance and direction. We truly do have the capacity to reawaken, activate, change, and heal our whole self…any time we choose.

Wow…tell me more! For my Sound Waves Inner Mystery School creation I have been researching Sacred Geometry. The study led me to looking into the structure of DNA, which led me to a channeled book by Kryon, that has sat unopened on my shelf for five years. Written in 2010, it significantly expands the current theory about DNA, especially the “junk” (90%) that current science has labeled unnecessary to the molecule.

Every cell in your body contains the same 12 layer DNA molecule. Out of this coding you are formed. The junk is the area that contains the process information that instructs the DNA to do what it does. According to Kryon, it contains our Higher Self (the Divine mentor, overseer, and dimensional go-between), our memory of all past lives (Akashic Record), our biological program and intention, current life lessons,  personal instructions and strategy for ascension and activation, our Lemurian experience and knowledge, our Divine Feminine component, the full knowledge and how-to’s of the all that is, and our direct link to Divine Source.

And, here’s the kicker…it is waiting for us to connect with it consciously to share and create our life together.

We are not tumbleweeds at the mercy of random winds that blow through our moments of living. We are coded to be partners of creation, determining exactly the perfect forms and experiences of life that we need in this incarnation. The time and space continuum has just disappeared. As we activate this two way communication channel we are capable of shifting patterns, calling upon the best of our previous incarnations to be present, healing resistant conditions, travel multi-dimensionally in an instant…on and on. This is the stuff of science fiction. But what if science fiction was a way to keep the truth in circulation until we could catch up?

Open to this information. Let it sink in and begin its work to open you to the unique form that will reveal itself within. These are the days of wonder and miracles…start talking with your cells. Go crazy with it, Star Child!

The first thing to do is reflect on the new information that gives you the capacity to manage and experience your wholeness by design. Reflect also on the journey that has been. Think of all the ideas and rules and perspectives and directives that told you that the power structure was hierarchical. How many limitations have you bought into and then placed on your own thoughts, beliefs, and actions? You may want to list some of these reflections as herein lies the source of many of your maladies for lifetime after lifetime. And, to think that you have been permission to call upon the magnificent and profound that exists between your conscious self and your inner divine wholeness.

Take some time to vision the life you deserve and desire, especially in light of this new information. Make notes. Spend time claiming that scenario. Be grateful for your new found awareness. In every moment choose to claim your inherent capacity to manifest your divine plan in the now.

Think about all the lives you have had since incarnating on this earth track. Start with the Lemurian lives that started 100,000 years ago. Repeated incarnations of over 30,000 years are living memory in your DNA. Play with this and write down whatever comes to mind. Some of your original capacity to fully communicate with your DNA was occurring back then. Call upon the cells, the molecules, the DNA to reveal the memories of those lives. Make copious notes.

Brainstorm a stream of consciousness list of past lives by taking places, peoples, societies, events, experiences that are revealed to you. This list will help you understand you of now. Ask for information on qualities and skills and talents you have had through these lives. List them. It is said that we can bypass the forms of now by calling forth skills capabilities of the past lives for they are contained in the Akashic Record within the DNA helix.
