To be in integrity is to be in alignment with the design. Spiritual integrity is the conscious choice to be who we are in our moments. The challenge is that many have lost sight of who they truly are. Successive lives and experiences have compromised the clarity to the point that even the cells need cleansing to reclaim the design. The energies of choices and “mistakes” infuses through incarnations, with the intention of bringing opportunity to cleanse. Our evolution is dependent upon making these choices to reawaken the design.

Underneath all the confusion there is the integrity that is contained within us. The Earth Star and the Soul Star chakras actually hold the design memories as well as the energetic influences that have caused the wanderings and forgettings. They are available to us whenever we have our moments of awareness to pay attention and work with them. The more quickly we realize this in our moments of living  and choose from that inner place of knowing then the more quickly we return to our true “I Amness.”

Just beyond the veils of illusion and the brainwashing that distracts us from our path lies the template that identifies us and calls us to re-membering. Knowing this, and knowing that this is part of the dimensional design, is critical. Actually, we come here to forget who we are to then find who we have always been. The diversions allow us to exercise our free will and choose our reactions to our moments which, in turn, sets up the next moments to react to. The inner knowing is a constant but, sometimes, inaudible guide that seeds, but does not guarantee, our decisions. Obviously, one would be well-served accessing the knowledge of the design so that choices would support the integrity and reduce the distractions.

In the moments we are given, we know the choice that is in integrity. That does not mean we always choose it. Often, in a millisecond, it moves before our awareness, hardly noticeable, before we choose an alternative path of learning, or a familiar pattern. It is simply a matter of time before the “correct’ choice will be made. You can see, however, that spending time in reacquainting oneself with their spiritual integrity of design would be significant preparation to making conscious choices that allow us to live fully in alignment in our moments of living. The awakening of this gift is intended to do just that. Knowing we are so much more is necessary to start to pay attention to see it. The knowing lies in the heart. Turning to it will reveal the specific knowings we have misplaced. Then we can claim them…choosing them amidst the familiar patterns we have established. Let it be known that we all want to return to who we are. These are the profound times to actually do it.

We live in a time that looks like the fall of integrity. The institutions, so long encased in illusion and personal agendas say they are here for you and me, but they are really in it for themselves and will likely do what it takes to secure the bottom line. The integrity of leaders has disappeared in the blatant parade of transgressions that cycles through the day. One’s word means little on the big stage. The Internet anonymity allows anyone to say anything about anyone. The masses have learned that you are guilty until proven innocent. Lies are the common vernacular. Putting others down is sport. Manners have all but disappeared. There is little personal accountability and taking responsibility for actions. Blame is the name of most of the games. Narcissism is rampant and even celebrated on the world stage. People seem to have lost any semblance of a moral compass.

All of this, and there is a lot , would imply a collapse of society. Well, in a way that is what is necessary. Personal integrity is still within each soul because it is our design…but is is mostly buried under the mound of  my litany of crap perpetrated on others and self. As we are in the early stages of becoming Aquarian we are being swept through a very visible panoramic movie of what has become the worst of humanity. It is showing up right before our eyes to see. No longer behind the scenes in smoke filled rooms, the level of arrogance has brought it to the light of day as individuals seek their fifteen minutes of fame no matter the cost…because heck, there is always Photoshop and the fine art of spin…

But what is parading and charading before us is the rapidly increasing exposure of what no longer is acceptable. Letting everyone see that the emperor has no clothes actually invites each to wake up and do or say something in the name of the beautiful parts that still live just out of reach within. These times have provided the catalyst for looking in the mirror. Most do not like what they see at all and are thus opened up to doing something different. This small awareness is enough to activate a collective change that will grow exponentially…trust me here on this one. It is already in motion . I see it in the new generations who are not interested in the way it was facade that has captivated and captured so many before them. It is a time of decay and birth…or shall I say rebirth. The truth of you and me is a mighty force that no longer can be denied.

Integrity…yes. Personal spiritual integrity that honors all life and respects our Oneness and Universality. It is rising and falling from within and without. Just look around my friend, just behind the distractions and the veils and illusions and chorus of fake news and the slight of hand artists, the con men and women…Light is coming home to rest. What can you do? Take action. That means taking stock first to see where you are in your own awareness and understanding of your integrity. Find it and reclaim it and then go forth and multiply, sowing seeds of love and respect wherever you go. It is the call of these times.

1. Reflect on the idea of your spiritual integrity. Make a list of the elements that speak to you when you think about it. List the qualities of your spiritual integrity as they are revealed to you. Ask your Higher Self to give you the information. Then trust in the responses
2. In what ways are you out of integrity with who you believe you are? What thinking, what patterns, what actions keep getting in your way? List them. Then become aware of the counter/the remedy to each. Make a note of it. In other words, what would be the thought, behavior, choice, action that would be in integrity for you?
3. Reflect on generic “good” qualities of a human being. Which qualities, if more humans became them, would result in the world being in a higher vibration of love?
4. Spend a day looking for these qualities in the people with whom you come in contact, or even witness. What do you discover when you start to look for them in people?
5. Go back to your personal list and choose one or two of the qualities you are desiring to become more consistently. List some ways for each that would demonstrate the quality. Take your list with you and do them. Notice the results, inside and out.
6. Make the choice to be in integrity for a whole day. Notice the results. How do you feel? What were the challenges? What issues came up? What happened around you? How did people treat you? Would you do it again?
7. Do it again…and do so for seven straight days. See what unfolds.
8. If you are, indeed, here to be who you are, then what are you still choosing to do that isn't you? Make a note and then move to eradicate them from your life by replacing them with the desired thought, behavior, and action. Notice how life shows up for you now. See what accepting the gift is all about?

Find your truth, my friend. Change your world…and then join the harmonization of humanity. Integrity and authenticity are arriving en masse…won’t you join in? Of course you will!
